Using Featherday means accepting these terms. They're written to be read.
Who you're dealing with
Featherday is provided by [YOUR LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor in [PROVINCE], Canada ("Featherday", "we"). Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].
The service
Featherday is a personal planner for tasks, habits, home upkeep and saving toward known costs, with optional reminders delivered by Web Push. Accounts are invitation-only while it is in testing.
Your account
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
- One account is for one person. Don't share it.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- Don't use Featherday to break the law, or try to disrupt the service for others.
Subscriptions
When sign-up opens, the terms are:
- $6 per month, or $60 per year, in US dollars, plus any tax your country requires.
- A 14-day trial with no card. Nothing is charged until you choose to subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Prices can change, but not for a period you've already paid for, and you'll be told at least 30 days beforehand.
- Payments are handled by a payment provider acting as the seller of record.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, display it back to you, and send the reminders you asked for. See the privacy policy.
Reminders are best effort
Reminders depend on your device, your browser, and push services run by other companies. They can be delayed, silenced or missed, and the app cannot confirm that you saw one. Don't rely on Featherday for anything safety-critical, medical or legally time-sensitive.
Savings planning is not financial advice
Set aside arithmetic tells you what a plan implies. It doesn't move money, doesn't connect to your accounts, and isn't financial advice.
Availability and changes
Featherday is offered as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed. If a change removes something you rely on, you'll be told in the app.
Ending it
You can stop using Featherday and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk, and will explain why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Featherday's total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [PROVINCE], Canada, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
